Terms and conditions of use

1. Who we are

TAIME is operated by TAIME TECNOLOGIA LTDA (trade name Taime Tech), registered under CNPJ no. 69.328.630/0001-96, with its registered office at Rua Pais Leme, 215, Conj. 1713, Pinheiros, São Paulo/SP, CEP 05424-150, Brazil. Contact: contact@taime.tech.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the TAIME platform, you agree in full to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you must not use the platform.

3. The service

TAIME is a strategic technology intelligence platform that transforms global market signals into structured analysis with scoring, a decision framework and temporal intelligence. The service includes periodic reports, access to the report archive according to the contracted plan, and the Executive Advisor, an AI-based strategic assistant with context from the user's company profile.

4. Platform access

Access to the platform requires registration and, for paid plans, an active subscription (according to the contracted plan). TAIME reserves the right to refuse or cancel access in the event of a breach of these Terms.

Access is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access and for all activities carried out with it.

The service is intended for people aged 18 or over.

5. Permitted use

The TAIME platform may be used for personal and professional purposes of strategic intelligence and decision support, by executives, managers, consultants, entrepreneurs and technology professionals.

6. Prohibited use

The following are expressly prohibited:

• ✗Redistribution, resale or sublicensing of any content from the platform
• ✗Automated scraping, systematic collection or mass data extraction
• ✗Use of any content to train, fine-tune or evaluate artificial intelligence models
• ✗Full or partial reproduction of reports, analyses or frameworks without explicit written authorization
• ✗Any use that violates applicable laws or the rights of third parties

7. Intellectual property

All content on the TAIME platform, including reports, analyses, scores, frameworks, methodology and interface, is the exclusive property of TAIME and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The TYPE→ACT→IMPACT→MOVE→EXIT framework, the TAIME Score, and the THEN/NOW/NEXT methodology are proprietary to TAIME. Any reproduction without authorization constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights.

8. Content license and traceability

Your subscription grants a limited, personal and non-exclusive license to use the reports and analyses for your own decision-making and for the internal purposes of your organization. It does not transfer ownership of the content, which remains the property of TAIME.

You may not publicly redistribute, resell, republish or share the content outside your organization, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from TAIME.

To support this license, the full content shown to a logged-in subscriber is associated with the subscriber's account, including a visible identifier, for traceability purposes. Violation of these conditions may result in suspension or cancellation of the account, without prejudice to any other applicable measures.

9. Disclaimer

TAIME analyses and reports are prepared to support strategic decision-making and do not constitute, under any circumstances, legal, financial, accounting or any other regulated professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TAIME is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that the law guarantees to consumers.

The Executive Advisor uses artificial intelligence and may produce inaccurate or incomplete answers. Verify relevant information before making a decision. Its answers do not replace professional advice.

10. Cancellation and subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by the user. Access remains active until the end of the already-paid period, with no penalties or additional charges.

Payments are processed on a recurring basis via Stripe. Charges occur at the start of each subscription period. Cancellation before renewal ends the payment cycle with no future charges.

Refunds: users may request a full refund of the first charge within 7 days of purchase (right of withdrawal, art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code), by emailing the support address listed on the site. After that period, no prorated refund is given for the period already paid; access remains active until it ends.

The full refund within 7 days applies to each user's first paid subscription. For a new subscription taken out after a refund, the full refund may be refused when an abuse of this right is established, in which case the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period. To request a refund, email the support address listed on the site or use the contact page. If you can, tell us the reason; giving a reason is optional and does not affect the refund.

Plans, prices and renewal: the current plans, limits and prices are listed on the plans page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. Amounts may be charged in Brazilian reais or in another currency, depending on your location; conversions, exchange fees and taxes such as IOF applied by your card issuer are not controlled by TAIME. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply from the following renewal, allowing you to cancel before then. The launch price remains in place while the subscription stays active without interruption; after cancellation, a new subscription may have a different price. If a charge fails, Stripe may retry it and access to the paid plan may be suspended until payment is settled.

11. Modifications to these terms

TAIME may update these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 15 days' notice by email. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Jurisdiction and applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of São Paulo/SP are elected as the venue, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring an action in the courts of their place of residence.
