How we protect your data

1. Data collected

TAIME collects only the data strictly necessary to operate the service:

• ·Email, authentication and service communications
• ·Name, company, job title and area of interest, collected when registering interest in the Strategic plan
• ·Conversation history with the Executive Advisor, service personalization
• ·Basic navigation data, server logs for error monitoring and security
• ·Registration data: the email used to create and access your account
• ·Subscription and billing data: Stripe identifiers (customer and subscription), subscription status and dates. TAIME does not store card numbers
• ·Company profile provided to the Executive Advisor
• ·Reading and saved reports: reading progress and the reports you save
• ·Identifier associated with the subscriber in reports, for traceability of licensed content (Terms, section 8)

• ·Executive Advisor personalization based on your company profile
• ·Communications about new reports and platform updates
• ·Continuous product improvement and bug fixing
• ·Payment processing and subscription management

3. Data sharing

We do not sell data to third parties. We do not share data with commercial partners.

Your data may be processed by the following essential service providers, organized by service category (with current vendors as examples), only to the extent necessary for platform operation:

Some of these providers process data outside Brazil, including in the United States. The international transfer takes place for the performance of the contract and under the providers' contractual safeguards, pursuant to art. 33 of the LGPD.

Each provider has its own privacy policy and is subject to applicable data protection laws in their respective jurisdictions.

4. Legal bases

We process data for the performance of the contract (account, access and subscription), compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (tax and payment records), legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention and product improvement) and, where applicable, your consent (for example, the newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time).

In accordance with Brazilian data protection law, you have the right to:

6. Security

• ·Data stored with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest
• ·Access control via passwordless secure link authentication
• ·Row Level Security (RLS) in the database, each user accesses only their own data
• ·Database access restricted by service_role key for administrative operations

7. Cookies

TAIME uses only:

• ·Session cookie, authentication (required for the platform to function)
• ·Language cookie (taime-locale), saves your PT/EN language preference

No tracking or advertising cookies. We use aggregated usage metrics, without tracking cookies, through Vercel Analytics. The payment page hosted by Stripe may use its own cookies, required for transaction security.
